How We Work
Every engagement begins with a discovery call to understand the bottleneck. We then send a written Statement of Work outlining the scope, timeline, deliverables, and fees. Once approved, work begins — with weekly progress updates and direct access to the team.
We typically deliver projects in 2 to 10 weeks, depending on scope. Once a system is live, we either hand it off completely with full documentation or stay on as a monthly retainer for maintenance and optimization.
